At MVI, we make our client's lives easier by accepting the responsibility for the three critical phases relevant to the provision of contractual security services, namely:
* Research and design of a customized security solution specific to your premises
* Implementation of this security solution once a mandate has been obtained
* Maintenance of the implemented security solution on a 24/7 basis
Prior to any service commencing, a comprehensive site specific survey is conducted by our experienced management team. It is from this survey information that our site instruction is compiled, signed off by both the Client and ourselves before specific site training commences. It is from our site instruction document that our pre-start up training is conducted and that our ongoing provision of services is based upon.
Cognizance is taken of the fact that all security officers allocated to any contract need to be highly skilled in regard to public relations as well as communication techniques.
We have a well equipped Communications Centre that is MVI specific. We also have our own armed response Control Room that is separate from the Communications Centre. These two separate Centers are situated within the same premises yet each operates as an absolute stand alone facility. The one will provide back up for the other should the need arise.
MVI Security Services demands dedication from all levels of management. A highly qualified and experienced management team forms the back-bone of our operation. Available 24hrs a day, we are committed to client satisfaction, and our service levels are unsurpassed in the industry. Our supervision and management back up and support is of a very high standard. During day periods our sites are visited by a dedicated Area Manager.
During silent hours we have a team of supervisors who visit all of our sites on a nightly basis at ah hoc times.
After hour visitations are also conducted by our Operations, Field and Area Managers.
Monthly assesment meetings are always held with our clients to ensure the quality of our services.
